Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated:
You can ask me to delete the personal information I hold about you. If you interacted with my Facebook or Instagram ads, or used an app or service connected to my Meta business tools, you can use the steps below to request deletion. For details of what I collect and why, see my Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
- Email swetajagtap3@gmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
- Tell me the email address, phone number, or social account you used when you interacted with me or my ads, so I can find your data.
- You do not need to give a reason. I may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that I don't delete the wrong person's data.
What happens next
- I will confirm I received your request.
- I will verify your identity where needed.
- I will delete the personal information I hold about you within 30 days, and let you know when it is done.
Some information may be kept where the law requires it (for example, tax or accounting records) or to resolve disputes, but only for as long as necessary.
Data held by other services
Some data is held by the services I use, not by me. To delete it there too:
- Ebook purchases: order and payment data is held by Gumroad. Use Gumroad’s own privacy and account tools to manage or delete it (Gumroad privacy policy).
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram): data Meta holds about you is controlled by Meta. You can manage or delete it through your Facebook settings or Meta’s privacy tools.
